The service is based on an analysis of radio related
parameter data in the BSC and a minimum of three weekdays
of network statistics from the MSC and BSC. The outcome
is a performance report with general recommendations
on how to correct problem areas found in the parameter
settings and statistics.

Advanced performance service is a more thorough analysis
of the problem areas and parameter settings in your
network, where CONSISTEL experts work in close
co-operation with your engineers.
Field trials are conducted with new parameters settings,
and new cell planning aspects are optimized and monitored
using statistics from the MSC/BSC, recording functions
in the MSC/BSC and test drives with test mobiles data.
Based on these field trials and new cell plans, recommendations
on parameter settings, feature utilization and cell
planning flaws are presented.
