Network audits
CONSISTEL performs a full system audit on behalf of
its clients to analyze the network design produced
by a turnkey supplier, contractor, or the cellular
operator’s planning department. CONSISTEL has
successfully carried out cellular system audits for
many major operators. Cellular system audit can include
independent analysis of all the reports generated
by different divisions, the current network status,
current work methodologies, tools used etc.
Model calibration
Accurate propagation models are essential to ensure
the design and optimization of a high quality wireless
network. CONSISTEL will produce a set of propagation
models that will accurately reflect the RF propagation.
The aim of this exercise is to collect radio survey
data to generate accurate propagation models to enable
the operators to effectively plan and optimize their
wireless network.
Radio network planning
This involves long-term assignments which deliver a
turnkey radio plan including:

- Cell planning

Frequency planning
