Post processing of the CQB reporting tool has been developed to verify the network and voice quality experienced by the end users. Cumulative CQB exercises are based on engineering measurements and results that are integral to end-user perceptions.

Type of Statistics Reported

A number of key parameters are used to characterize the performance of the networks in the areas of coverage, received signal quality, speech quality, ease of call set-up and call sustainability. Some of the interpreted results and the statistics to be presented in the report will include:

• Receive Level (RxLev _Sub/Full)
• Receive Quality (RxQual_Sub/Full)
• Dropped Call Rates ( DCR)
• Call Completion Rates (CCR)

• Call Set-up Time (CST) (% < 10 sec)
