Mobilis Effecto provides a seamless reporting interface that presents its users with a single point of access to all information captured in their database
applications.

Main Features

Effecto is a totally integrated Reporting tool that enables the generation of ad-hoc queries, operational, management and strategic reporting across all functional areas within the Mobilis product suite.

Effecto
provides a seamless reporting interface that presents users with a single point of access to all information captured within any product of the Mobilis application suite, as well as the Mobilis database. It also allows reporting against other ‘external’ information sources e.g. other application databases.

This provides flexibility, as the user is not required to change focus from the Mobilis application suite, to a separate reporting product to fulfil reporting and information needs.

Effecto provides the client with a solution to their information needs in the areas of operational information, management information and strategic information derived from the data captured by any of the products within the Mobilis software family.

These three areas of information are used to answer key business questions.

Examples are:

Operational Information

Management Information

Performance monitoring on issues such as:

Strategic Information

Strategic planning, forecasting and analysis of Key Performance Indicators i.e.:

With the majority of business applications, information requirements are met using a separate reporting application.  The benefit of Effecto is that it is accessible directly from the Mobilis software.

This is achieved by two main modes of functionality:

Module Specific Reporting

The user is able to select existing reports from a central repository using a simple menu.  The menu of reports is restricted to reports that are related to the module of the Mobilis software that the user is active within.

For example, if the user is active within the Sites Management module (Teneo) then the menu will only display existing site related reports.  When a report is selected from the menu it can be refreshed, saved and printed.

Menu Driven Reporting

The user will use the standard Mobilis software menu to:
