Bernard left Consistel as Director, Projects in 2004 after seven years with the company. He rejoined Consistel in a newly created position as Group Managing Director responsible for operations and sales as well as  strategic partnerships and M&A activities. .

Prior to Bernard’s return, he was the Vice President of Global Sales in smartBridges (Singapore) specializing in WiFi products and solutions. He was a key driver for strategic partnerships worldwide for smartBridges. He had led successful acquisition of new Telcos and Enterprise accounts in Indonesia, Italy, Sri Lanka, India and Latin American countries as well as several successful establishments of partnerships in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Bernard’s extensive knowledge of the Infocomm industry is key to Consistel’s success.  

Kim Chye served Consistel  for four years and left the company as Sales Director in 2004. Upon his return to Consistel, Kim Chye takes on the new role of Vice President (Sales) and will lead the sales team, strategize new business positioning and conceptualize marketing plans .

Prior to his return, Kim Chye was Executive Director of Business Development, Converged Billing Group, Comverse and General Manager of Comverse Kenan, a globally renowned billing vendor. His impressive sales achievements and experience would be invaluable to Consistel’s growth.
