Administrative cum Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Administrative support such as management of office equipment, secondment accommodation, corporate hotel arrangements, corporate insurances, employee welfare etc.

  • Implement systematic filing system and proper maintenance

  • Assist in purchasing & proper recording of inventory management and stock control of stationeries & groceries

  • Assist in incoming calls & handle queries in a courteous, helpful and professional manner when receptionist is on leave

Payroll:

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll process

  • To liaise with HR and government authorities on payroll, CPF matters and tax clearance (IR21), annual tax filing requirement (IR8A), Mindef E-services etc.

  • Hands-on knowledge in EASYPAY or other payroll software (Regional payroll experience is advantageous)

  • Assisting and preparing monthly and ad-hoc management reporting on HR matters – e.g. manpower, resignation, etc.

  • Participates in the planning, implementation and administration of programs to develop, adjust and/or enhance payroll systems and procedures as required, due to changes in tax laws, regulations and Company's pay policies/compensation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma holder preferably with at least 1 year experience in a similar position

  • Excellent communication (written & spoken) and interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous, organized, resourceful, team player and able to work under pressure

  • Willingness to learn and possess “can do” attitude

  • Able to start immediately (most preferred) OR in short notice


Financial Controller/Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation & submission of monthly financial statements

  • Preparation of timely management reports & analysis reports to Headquarters

  • Budgeting & cash forecast

  • Preparing year-end schedules & reconciliations for auditors

  • Attending weekly management meetings

  • Review and ensure accuracy of account receivables, invoice related requirements, payments to staff & suppliers

  • Liaising with relevant authorities or agencies such as the bankers, corporate secretarial, auditors, tax agents etc

  • Assisting in other office matters & ad-hoc duties in the area of operations, administration, HR, legal, etc

  • Able to motivate & lead a group of finance staff to ensure that the finance department functions smoothly

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in Accountancy & a Certified Accountant

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the same capacity

  • Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills

  • Mature, self-motivated, confident & able to work effectively with management & external parties

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management of the project on a day-to-day basis and for the achievement of all project objectives.  Also responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality wireless solutions that meets or exceeds industry specifications and that of the customer. The senior project manager/project director is specifically responsible to deliver the project on time, within budget and meeting or exceeding the customers’ expectations from the time the contract is signed until the last invoice is collected.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the requirements of the project and enforce all change management procedures

  • Prepare and manage the work breakdown structure, staffing requirements, project schedule, communication plan, associated quality plans and project budget

  • Select, build and motivate the project team

  • Make or force timely decisions to assure the projects success

  • Plan, monitor and control the project schedule and budget throughout the project lifecycle

  • Keep all project participants informed of progress as per the projects’ communication plan

  • Manage the administrative & financial aspects of the project as appropriate

  • Lead all RF interface activities with the customer including design proposals, RF status updated

  • Maintain all RF product and service specifications

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to assigned RF Engineers ensuring that all RF engineers meet specifically quality objectives

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree specializing in telecommunications

  • At least five (5) years in a senior project management position and in delivering in-building solutions

  • Strong knowledge of the following:
    - Wireless telecommunications technology (e.g.GSM/GPRS networks, CDMA< WCDMA, etc)
    - RF knowledge
    - Handling of test equipments (e.g. network analyzer, power meter etc)

  • Able to deal effectively with all levels of management (including senior and executive level management)

  • Extensive project management experience in the Telecommunications industry and preferably has a certificate in Project Management

  • Fulent in English (verbal, reading and writing) with excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent PC skills including MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and ability to adapt to new software applications

  • Able to be based in Manila


Senior Paralegal Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in corporate secretarial matters such as:
    - Coordinating with local & regional corporate secretarial agents on routine &/or special  resolutions to be passed/signed
    - Trigger & prepare local &/or regional annual & routine matters such as AGM, EGM, etc.
    Noting local &/or regional statutory deadlines (filing of accounts, annual return, statutory forms)
    - Ensure that minute books & registers are updated frequently (for all countries) &
    - Drafting of letters
     

  • Assist in legal matters such as:
    - Drafting of letters & assisting in the drafting & preparation of agreements/contracts
    - Preparing (Mutual) Non-Disclosure Agreements & ensuring that Legal gets a signed copy for file purposes
    - Amending drafts/clauses as informed & guided by the Chief Legal Officer
    - Coordinating with external parties on the receipt & delivery of legal documents (by fax, post, courier) and
    - Maintaining a good rapport with investors, updating investors information files, follow-up with investors, etc.
     

  • Assist in setting up of new entities worldwide such as:
    - Sourcing for the most cost-effective incorporators in the desired country
    - Preparing a set-up cost sheet for management’s approval
    - Co-ordination of the necessary set-up documentations to be executed accordingly with the incorporator (i.e. arranging for Notary Public to witness documents, arranging for notarized documents to be attested by the Singapore Academy of Law &/or Ministry of Foreign Affairs &/or Embassy (where applicable)
    - Sourcing for the most cost-effective office lease (permanent or service office) & preparing a cost sheet for management’s approval
    - Ensuring a smooth incorporation process & that all incorporation & follow-up documents are kept in Singapore for record purposes and
    - Ensure that new entity is fully operational (e.g. bank accounts opened, tax registration, social security registration, other statutory obligations)
     

  • Assist in administrative functions such as:
    - Filing (creation & tracking of files) and
    - Sending out letters, faxes, photocopying of documents

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent with at least 4 years’ corporate law working experience in commercial firms

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ease in dealing with all levels of people – e.g. senior managers, sub-contractors, & engineers

  • Diligent & able to work under pressure but must be a team player

  • Self-motivated with a positive working attitude

  • Ability to travel within the region is an added advantage


Project Managers / Engineers

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project delivery to customer with good quality of service, values and satisfaction

  • Responsible for project profitability through good practices and processes

  • Excellent customer relation and achieve customer satisfaction throughout the project

  • Managing sub-contractors

  • Attend customer meetings and ensure producing all necessary reports

  • Responsible for cost controls and working within allocated project budget

  • Initiate and enforce proper project documentation and processes

  • Provide direction and motivation to project team members

  • Provide all necessary reports to customers and internal management

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 - 6 years experience in Telco industry

  • Strong track record for in-building coverage projects with regional experience in Asia is a plus

  • Strong and well-versed knowledge in the following is a must:
    - Wireless telecommunications technology (e.g. GSM / GPRS networks, CDMA, WCDMA, etc.)
    - RF knowledge
    - Handling of test equipments (e.g. network analyzer, power meter, etc.)
    - Windows based as well as UNIX based radio planning tools

  • Ease in dealing with all levels of people - e.g. Senior Managers, Sub-contractors and Engineers

Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Director for sales of the company’s wireless network solution services, products & software solutions based on the territory assigned.

  • Responsible for achieving in-country Sales targets & quotas as defined & agreed with the Regional Sales Director & Executive Management from time to time.

  • Reasonably forecast in-country annual, quarterly & monthly sales streams.

  • Develop specific Objectives, Strategies & Tactics (OST) to ensure sales & revenue growth in all company’s products in the territory & accounts assigned, & ensure that each in-country account has a Key Account Plan.

  • Establish & implement effective communications systems & process with executives & managers to ensure proper sensitivity to sales needs is met & communicated.

  • Manage in-country sales cycle process from conception through to customer purchase order.

  • Provide quarterly results assessments of in-country sales staff’s productivity if assigned.  Direct professional account management activities pertaining to Sales.  Manage & develop sales & sales support staff (if any).

  • Establish & manage effective Sales programs in assigned territory to address the following issues; new account sales & growth; sales of emerging products & multi-product sales; pro-active competitive strategies & targeted sales campaigns.

  • Co-ordinate & effectively communicate with the operations on the delivery of services & products to customers.

  • Lead role customer/account management on an active basis with regards to pre and after sales, delivery and support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engg/Business related subjects

  • At least 8 – 10 years of Sales experience in relevant business field

  • Experience in the field of wireless technology will be an added advantage

Software Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Visual C and Java Programming

  • Must be well versed with 'C'

  • Able to create / develop visual components for GUI applications

  • Must be familiar with .NET, Borland / Delphi environments

  • Must have experience in summation and aggregation of billing data such as CDRs for billing, Mediation, Data Warehouse, Data Mining and EBPP applications

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant degree / diploma qualification

  • Dedicated and motivated software professionals with at least 3 to 5 years working experience

  • Must be well versed with ORACLE database

  • Should have experience on SUN, HP and Windows platform

  • Experience in the field of wireless billing / mediation software background will be an added advantage

  • Ability to travel is a must


RF Managers / Engineers

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for RF survey, design and proposal preparation, RF data collection and ATP testing and BOQ calculation and material planning

  • Experienced within GSM ration network planning e.g. Macro, Micro and In-building coverage planning

  • Perform quality audit and acceptance testing with sub-contractors and customers

  • Customer interfacing for design approval

  • Attend customer meetings and produce reports

  • Sub-contractor scheduling and control

  • Responsible for project delivery to customer with good quality of service, values and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 - 6 years experience in Telco industry

  • Sub-contractor supervision and management

  • Site owner access and logistics coordination

  • Experience in telecommunications field is an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 - 6 years experience in Telco industry

  • Strong track record for in-building coverage projects with regional experience in Asia is a plus

RF Optimization Consultants

Responsibilities:

Should have strong RF knowledge & well versed with    Optimization of one or more of the following: GSM, CDMA,    WCDMA & GPRS systems. Should have relevant work experience    in a substantial cellular network environment covering a number    of the following areas:

  • Define Drive Routes

  • Schedule Testing / Define Drive test Teams

  • Setup Test equipment

  • Review RF Parameters of Cell Sites

  • Capture Drive Test Data & Post Processing

  • Identify, Resolve & Verify Resolution RF Problems

  • Fine tuning of algorithms to obtain optimum settings

  • Power control, Handover parameters settings, LAC settings etc.

  • Tracking the progress of RF optimization

  • Performance report generation

  • SLA tracking in terms of agreed network KPIs

  • Resolving the differences between the planned data & the implemented data

  • Presenting the results to the customer


Project / RF Engineer

Responsibilities:

    (a) RF

  • Responsible for
    - RF survey, design, & proposal preparation
    - RF data collection & ATP testing
    - BOQ calculation & material planning
    - Optimization & system implementation of wireless
      networks for both outdoor & indoor RF coverage

(b) Project

  • Interface with customers for detailed project requirement to achieve customer satisfaction throughout the entire project cycles

  • Sub-contractor scheduling & control to ensure work quality & timely delivery

  • Prepare the budget & bill of quantity for each project

  • Initiate & enforce proper project documentation & processes

  • Responsible for all project delivery in to ensure delivery on time & within budget

  • Provide direction & guidance to the project teams

  • Responsible for cost controls & working within allocated project budget

  • Implement & ensure a process for good quality designs

  • Provide all necessary reports to customers & internal management

  • Ability to work with the project team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (majoring in telecommunications preferred)

  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in Telco Industry (preference for candidates with experience in In-Building Network Coverage Projects)

  • Good analytical skills & well-acquainted with RF propagation & RF characteristics

  • Good track record of managing multiple projects across Asia

  • Ease in dealing with all levels of people (e.g. senior managers, sub-contractors & engineers)

  • Independent, self-motivated & hard working

  • Computer literate & good interpersonal skills

  • Strong command of both written & spoken English

  • Must be willing to work overtime

  • Willing to travel in the region



Consultants

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (major in telecommunications) with at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in GSM / GPRS networks

  • Hands on experience working on dual-band networks & network integration of GSM900 & GSM 1800 in the areas of RF, core network & transmission

  • Experience in the following areas:
    - RF planning, optimization, performance engineering
    - GPRS optimization & dimensioning
    - Core network planning & dimensioning
    - Transmission planning (Microwave, E1, SDH, & DWDM)
    - Value added services (SMS, MMS product design & implementation)
    - WCDMA planning, tender preparation & tender evaluation
    - Network Management Systems, Mediation, Provisioning, Network Management Center function

  • Exposure to GSM Phase 2 standards & WCDMA standards

  • Working experience on major vendor equipments


ENGINEER / INSTALLER / COMMISSIONING / TESTER - BSS Engineering

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate with Customers & Sub-contractors to define user requirements & engineering standards

  • Provide technical support to the project team & sub-contractors

  • Prepare engineering drawings, reports & other documentation.

  • Install, test & commission cellular / microwave antenna system, feeder cable system & radio base stations

  • Perform quality audit & acceptance testing with subcontractors & customers

Requirements: 

(i) Engineer

  • At least 3 years of experience in GSM radio network rollout or operation

  • Diligent & able to work under pressure but must be a team player

  • Good communication & presentation skills with some written & spoken English

  • Good local knowledge with proficiency in local languages & dialects

  • Good computer knowledge

    (ii) Installer / Commissioning / Tester

  • At least 2 years of experience in GSM radio network rollout or operation with experience in BSS systems preferred

  • Experienced with installing, testing & commissioning of radio base stations

  • Good hands-on knowledge with tools such as spectrum analyzer, feeder cable tester etc.

  • Diligent & able to work under pressure but must be a team player

  • Good communication skills with some written & spoken English

  • Good local knowledge with proficiency in local languages & dialects

  • Good computer knowledge


Network Planner / Consultant

Responsibilities

Should have strong knowledge on GSM, GPRS, CDMA, & UMTS.  Should have relevant work experience in a substantial cellular network covering a number of the following areas :- 

  • IT & Software knowledge

  •  Knowledge of :-

          - UNIX
    -
Network planning tools (e.g. Atoll, Planet, EET, etc)
    -
Network parameters
    -
Transmission planning
    -
RF configuration (to include antennas and power) & 
    parameters of cell site

  • Frequency planning

  •  Interference & RF Signal level analysis

  • Capacity planning

  • Coverage, interference & call quality testing to verify network performance using planning tools

  • Drive testing, post processing, & model tuning

  • Develop plans & provide input into the design of the network
    to set goals for budget planning & cell site design

  • Prepare reports on network performance

  • Good knowledge of core network planning
