Director, Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for regional sales of the company’s wireless network solution services, products & software solutions.

  • Responsibility to pursue business opportunities to achieve company sales growth target.

  • Develop marketing strategy & business development plan in line with the company’s vision & business objectives.

  • Formulate & recommend policies & objectives to ensure the most effective operation of field sales activities.

  • Responsible for the delivery of target revenue of the Regional Sales Team.

  • Reasonably forecast of annual, quarterly & monthly sales streams.

  • Develop specific Objectives, Strategies & Tactics (OST) to ensure sales & revenue growth in all company’s products in the territory & accounts assigned, & ensure that each in-country account has a Key Account Plan.

Senior Software Engineer - UI

Responsibilities:

  • UI design and develops frameworks/components and POC’s to accelerate development on product.

  • Estimates the implementation and deployment of the various modules based on each module design and how the module fits into the overall product architecture, construction and testing strategy and overall project plan.

  • Owns GUI development best practices

  • Collaborating with product managers, architects, sales, development teams to build the front-end interface and product models.

  • Leveraging technical initiatives aimed at innovation and quality excellence.

Configuration and Release Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Managing design evolution across multi-generation product releases.

  • TFS Administrator in order to properly administer the TFS source code control system a full time administrator is required to manage day-to-day activities as well as produce various reports based on code being checked into and out of the repository.

  • Release Configuration and Change Management process

Skills and Competencies:

Software Manager

The Software Manager will be developing a new innovative and groundbreaking product for the Interactive Digital Media industry. He/she is responsible for managing a team to design and develop a complex GUI based client server applications in a distributed environment. He/she will be responsible for leading the requirements capture, application architecture design, GUI system, and data modelling, based on business requirements. The position has responsibility for the overall team management and the delivery of software product.  The person should have the ability to work with the developers in the implementation of applications and databases and designs to meet system requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build software team, implement development process and set-up development infrastructure.

  • Plan, prioritize and coordinate and lead team in accomplishing work activities.

  • Lead in the product development lifecycle including the analysis, design and implementation of applications, and ensure functional requirements are aligned with the application/database architecture.

  • Liaise effectively with market and users to understand problems and develop solutions.

  • Participate in the development and review of requirement, design, code and test case documents.

  • Establish software best practice and policies for software delivery.

  •  Responsible for the technical issues and resolutions of the software product.

Software Architect

The Software Architect will be developing a new innovative and groundbreaking product for the Interactive Digital Media industry. The Software Architect is responsible for the design and development of a complex GUI based client server applications in a distributed environment. He/she will be responsible for requirements capture, application architecture design, GUI system, and data modelling, based on business requirements. The position has responsibility for the overall technical direction of the product, and the creation of the System Requirement and Architecture documentation as required. 

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with end users to understand business flows, define users’ technical and functional requirements and requirement specifications incl. UI screen and output design.
  • Lead in the overall product development lifecycle including the analysis, design and implementation of applications, and ensure functional requirements are aligned with the application/database architecture.
  • Ensure that the applications development design and changes meet the required specifications, responsible for the technical issues and resolutions of the software product.
  • Responsible for performance optimization and usability improvements.
  • Develop change management process for application/data models and perform impact analysis for proposed changes
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the robustness and maintainability of software product.

Skills and Competencies:

He/she must have extensive experience in projects with Windows GUI development, graphical programming and Object-Oriented Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Software Architect to develop user-friendly interfaces meeting specified business requirements and upholding Best Practices.
  • Create technical design documents from Use Cases and Functional Requirements.
  • Design, implement and test client-server GUI application based on use-case specifications and architecture models.
  • Design and implement GUI components, application layout, GUI screens, GUI flows using Microsoft .NET C# and 3rd party graphical API libraries.
  • Participate in automated user-interface functional and regression testing.

Senior Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Daily work would also include presales, presenting technical product demonstration to prospected clients and providing training to key clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • To bring new products from concept through commercialization
  • Acquires product information through market research and regional input to assure projects meet the needs of the intended markets and maintain high level of product category knowledge
  • Participate in product development, product testing, special projects and product evolution and enhancements including understanding and documenting customers request for features
  • Liaise effectively with market and users to understand problems and develop solutions and act as the bridge between market, sales and software development teams
  • Pre and post sales support including problem documentation / recreation and issue escalation /resolution and work with development team to resolve product defects

  • Working knowledge of RF planning process and use of RF instrumentation and tools(familiarity with Planet and other tools is a strong asset)

Image processing Senior Software Engineer

Design and develop applications for Digital Media and Wireless Telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of interactive media applications includes image modeling\rendering algorithms, image analysis\manipulation and processing
  • Complex problem solving and research

Skills and Competencies:

  • PHD / Master / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or EEE with image processing emphasis

  • Outstanding achievements in imaging science, computer vision, or any discipline pertaining to image processing

  • Proficient C#. NET with experience in .NET application development, preferably in real-time environment

  • Experience in computer graphics and OpenGL, DirectX, or other imaging techniques would be a strong advantage

  • Experience integrating GIS functionality into software applications using 3rd party GIS software, such as MapInfo and Manifold would be a strong advantage

DB Technical Module Lead

The Application DBA will be developing a new innovative and groundbreaking software product for the Interactive Digital Media and Wireless Telecommunications industry. This person will work with a team of highly motivated software developers in defining end user requirements, developing and deploying database component of a complex client-server and web application, and ensuring proper database operation, performance and scalability. Extensive knowledge of database environment, specifically with Oracle and MS SQL Server technology on Windows platforms is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data modelling, schema design and maintenance of database applications to ensure proper database operation, maintenance, scalability and extensibility.

  • Managing design evolution across multi-generation product releases.

  • Leveraging technical initiatives aimed at innovation and quality excellence.

  • Designing, Coding, Unit testing

  • Leading the subsystems technical teams through the entire design cycle including requirements generation, design and implementation, verification & validation as technical mentor.

  • Research and development of ontology’s for efficient indexing and profiling of extensive databases.

  • Plan and conduct database load and performance testing.

  • Establish best practices and best procedures for database administration.

Draughtsman

Responsibilities:

To assist RF/Project Engineers to prepare

  • CME Drawing

  • Technical Proposals

  • As-Built Documents

  • Site surveying, testing & acceptance of both outdoor and indoor RF coverage projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience

  • Able to team up with other Engineers

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software

  • Experience with in-building RF cellular coverage design work is an advantage


RF Managers / Engineers

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for RF survey, design and proposal preparation, RF data collection and ATP testing and BOQ calculation and material planning

  • Experienced within GSM ration network planning e.g. Macro, Micro and In-building coverage planning

  • Perform quality audit and acceptance testing with sub-contractors and customers

  • Customer interfacing for design approval

  • Attend customer meetings and produce reports

  • Sub-contractor scheduling and control

  • Responsible for project delivery to customer with good quality of service, values and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 - 6 years experience in Telco industry

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate with Customers & Sub-contractors to define user requirements & engineering standards

  • Good local knowledge with proficiency in local languages & dialects

  • Good computer knowledge

    (ii) Installer / Commissioning / Tester

  • At least 2 years of experience in GSM radio network rollout or operation with experience in BSS systems preferred

  • Experienced with installing, testing & commissioning of radio base stations

  • Good hands-on knowledge with tools such as spectrum analyzer, feeder cable tester etc.

  • Diligent & able to work under pressure but must be a team player

  • Good communication skills with some written & spoken English

  • Good local knowledge with proficiency in local languages & dialects

  • Good computer knowledge
