Sallim Abdul Kadir

As Head of Human Capital, Sallim Abdul Kadir is responsible for the human resource policies and practices of CONSISTEL.

Sallim has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management and development. His foray into the human resource area started in training and development whilst working as a Senior Audit Manager in Coopers & Lybrand, an international public accounting firm where he developed training plans and delivered both technical and non technical programmes. His last position held in Coopers & Lybrand was as Director of Human Resources.

With the merger between Coopers & Lybrand and PriceWaterhouse, Sallim continued as Director of Human Resources of the merged entity of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore. He headed a team of 15 HR support personnel and was responsible for managing a workforce of 1500 personnel comprising mainly of professionals.

Prior to joining CONSISTEL, Sallim was Director of Corporate Membership Services with the Singapore Training & Development Association where he guided and provided leadership to a team of training consultants responsible for designing, customizing and delivering training programmes for corporate clients.
