CONSISTEL’s Chief Legal Officer is responsible for the overall legal, compliance and corporate secretarial function of the Company.

He commenced practice with Allen & Gledhill and also ran his own practice subsequently and accumulated substantial private practice experience in a variety of fields including commercial litigation, intellectual property and technology, corporate commercial, amongst others. He was headhunted to leave private practice and joined Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific as its Regional Corporate Counsel and has a strong corporate commercial background therefrom. He also ran a Human Resources IT applications development and consulting company and subsequently sold the business assets to a private investor. He holds both a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore.
