As Chief Legal Officer, Alan Koh is responsible for the overall legal and commercial matters as well as intellectual property and licensing matters of the company.

Alan is a qualified attorney in both UK and Singapore practicing corporate legal with an emphasis on technology law matters.  He has in-depth legal experience in areas such as technology, licensing, property, employment and intellectual property. He has also held senior level positions with renowned firms in Singapore.

Alan’s last appointment was with one of the largest British-Chinese law firm in UK where he was a Director of the firm and headed the China Office located in Guangzhou. He was responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of the China office which rendered legal services in the areas of foreign direct investment, M&A and joint ventures as well as general corporate matters to commercial companies and businesses investing and trading in China.
